XFIT36: (50 minutes)
This Multi-Platform class utilizes our trademarked B.O.D. (Burn of the Day) method guaranteed to eliminate boredom in the muscles and the mind leading to a healthier you. 6 minutes of warm-up followed by The 36 minute B.O.D., ending with a 6 minute cool-down.
Muscle confusion. Utilizing all the *tools available to them in our Fitness Studio and Personal Training Studio your instructors will know you and build a better you day after day with new and creative approaches everyday. No matter what level of fitness or what your fitness goals are these classes adapt to you. Changing everyday you can preview the B.O.D. on our Facebook Fan page before each class.
These 50 minutes classes are offered six days a week with six different instructors allowing you the ultimate mix of these fun and challenging workouts. The classes start at 5 minutes past the hour and end at five minutes before the hour. Out of your car and back in your car in one hour; stronger, hundreds of calories lighter and smiling from the inside out.

AthleticGenius Core Attack: (60 minutes)
CORE fitness is critical to overall body strength, posture and balance. This lengthening and Strengthening class will focus on sculpting your abs, back,glutes, inner and outer thigh. Challenge yourself through controlled, isolated targeted muscle work. This hour will keep your mind on your muscles and build the perfect you.
AthleticGenius Gravity: (60 minutes)
Gravity uses the TRX system, a unique tool owing its roots to the US Navy SEAL Teams . A highly efficient way to train athletes of all abilities, Gravity offers an array of bodyweight-based training movements. This dynamic class will target cardiovascular and strength conditioning, while challenging each participant at an individual level. Barre 3Sixty: (60 minutes)
The 3Sixty Barre is a fluid athletic workout specifically designed to strengthen and lengthen, without the bulk. The classes are fueled by upbeat music and efficiently flow through each muscle group creating endurance and stamina through strength training and increased flexibility through stretching. They are challenging, empowering, effective and fun. The movements are influenced by many modalities including classical ballet barre exercises, Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic exercises. Barre classes are primarily taught using the ballet barre as an effective tool to enhance muscle strengthening and lengthening. Classes are appropriate for all levels of experience and modifications and challenges are always offered. Our beautifully designed Fitness Studio was designed with Barre classes in mind. We are simply dedicated to creating the areas best Barre studios.
Hip-Hop Funk 3Sixty: (60 minutes)
Bring on da Funk and take off the calories! This total body experience (so much fun we hesitate to call it a class) combines funk, house, hip-hop, and the latest street dance moves. Once you stop smiling you’ll realize how hard you’ve worked. Enjoy!
Zumba 3Sixty: (60 minutes)
The Zumba fitness program is nothing short of revolutionary! Intended to simulate a dance party, a Zumba class combines non-stop and intense cardio movement set to infectious Latin and World rhythms. While the steps are mostly simple in nature, the pace of the class is relentless and so a truly complete cardio experience is guaranteed. The full-hour class features routines that combine interval training, fast and slow rhythms, and resistance exercise. Toning and sculpting your body while burning fat are the happy by-products of this dynamic movement experience. The class is open to all fitness levels and does not require a dance background.
Bollywood Fusion™ (60 minutes)
Fun and easy the Bollywood way. Inspired by the Indian film tradition of infectiously expressive music and dance comes a fun filled, saucy, toning, calorie burning full body workout. The movements are simple- no exercise or dance experiences required –but the results are big. Just let your self go and boogie to the bhangra beat. It’s impossible not to!

XenStrength Yoga: (60 minutes)
Xen Strength combines a creative yoga flow with light weights and bodyweight intervals to provide a transformational workout designed to sculpt, lengthen, and challenge every major muscle group. Xen Strength builds muscle, increases flexibility, and boosts body confidence by bringing you to your edge. This fitness fusion was designed for students who feel the need to pump iron after taking a yoga class. With Xen Strength you get a total-body workout combining heart-pumping cardio benefits from a nonstop flow with an increased metabolism from added strength training -all in a one- hour class that is completely fresh each week. Xen strength targets the parts of the body where we hold the most stress: The knees, hips, low back and shoulders. The core is also focused on throughout in order to increase balance, which is one of the most effective ways to correct muscle imbalances in the body. Whether you’re an athlete or not, this class is 60 minutes of nonstop action that gives students an edge in their training and enhances their performance- whether on the mat, running around the track, or after your kids.
ClassicMat Pilates 3Sixty: (60 minutes)
Through a systematic, integrative and classical approach to exercise, Mat Pilates exercises are designed to strengthen your core, while improving your flexibility, control, awareness and coordination while giving you a long lean body. Used by professional athletes, and dancers for the past century, Pilates is now available to everyone
