All customers and visitors to this website agree to comply with 3sixty Cycling Studio LLC’s (3sixty Cycling Studio) Terms and Conditions as expressed below. 3sixty Cycling Studio’s terms and conditions were developed to ensure that our customers are using our facilities and services with due regard to their rights and the rights of other users, and in conformity with the the requirements of 3sixty Cycling Studio’s procedures, rules, regulations, and requirements. By browsing and/or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to b bound by the Terms and Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

In order to place a reservation, you must register as a user here. To buy a single class, a Class pass, or unlimited pass, you can either sign up here for a username and password or make your purchase here online, or if you already have a username and password click sign-in, to make your purchase and/or reservation.

If you choose to be placed on a waiting list for any fully reserved class you will be notified immediately when your seat becomes available. It is your responsiblity to check your schedule or phone the studio to see if you've been added to the class. We can not guarantee that you will be notified by email but we will do everything possible to see that this is done.

All purchases are final and there is a no return policy to all sales as we are a non-membership based studio.  Class Passes may only be shared with Spouses, Children or Legal partners.  No passes are transferable.

All class and future pass prices are subject to change. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Cash.

You can reserve classes up to two weeks in advance of class start time.

Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you submit your reservation.

If you are under the age of 18, you may register with 3sixty Cycling Studio only with the permission of a parent or guardian. You must be 17 years of age to attend any class beside the Teen Classes and Family Classes. You must be 4'10"to use our equipment.

CANCELLATIONS:

To receive a full refund for a cancellation of a reservation, you MUST cancel your reservation 12 hours prior to the class start time either online or phoning 3sixty Studio Cycle and speaking directly with a Reservation Assistant (we will not accept cancellations on voice mail). Classes not cancelled 12 hours prior to the start time of the class will be charged to your series. If you are running late to a class YOU MUST PHONE THE STUDIO TO HOLD YOUR PLACE IN CLASS, otherwise your spot in a class will be given to the first person on the wait list at exactly the start time of the class.

WAIVER:

By signing up for classes at 3sixty Cycling Studio, I hereby agree that there are certain inherent dangers in indoor cycling and exercise and in using indoor cycling (also known as spinning) and exercise equipment. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities and any other programs provided by 3sixty Cycling Studio LLC, and to use its facilities and equipment, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge 3sixty Cycling Studio LLC, it's offices, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all others from any and all responsibility or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities. I do hereby release all of those mentioned above and any others that maybe effected by this provision.
